Marbella Marriages has planned weddings on the Costa del Sol since 2010. It is a family company run by Victoria and Toñi, with Karen as lead celebrant. Almost all their couples live in the UK or Ireland and plan their wedding from abroad.

The old site mixed in copy from another company in Ronda and Gaucín, and its booking email used a domain that doesn’t exist, so those enquiries were lost. There was lorem ipsum text, conflicting years of experience, a broken Instagram link and over 300 loose image pages in the sitemap. The latest blog post dated from 2021.
The goal: a website worthy of their weddings, built for couples planning from abroad, that keeps their #2 position on Google UK for “wedding venues marbella”.
We created an editorial, romantic identity: Bodoni type, calligraphy, photos shown as prints with handwritten captions and a monogram seal. The site is English-first, because their market is British and Irish, with a Spanish version.
At its heart is the wedding brief: six questions and a card that writes itself live, with the ceremony, the setting, the golden hour for the chosen month and a first budget. We added video-call booking in the couple’s own time zone, a guide to getting married in Spain and Gibraltar, the weather and sunsets for every month, real reviews presented as letters and all 35 real weddings from the blog. Old addresses redirect to the closest new page.
The difference, side by side
